Light2Path Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 19, 2026

Light2Path (“Light2Path,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a California-based independent marketing consultancy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit light2path.com, submit a business inquiry, or otherwise communicate with us.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you provide directly to us when you submit an inquiry through our website, complete our lead qualification form, contact us by email, or otherwise communicate with us.

Depending on what you choose to provide, this information may include:

• Name

• Business email address

• Company name

• Business website

• Job title or role

• Marketing objective

• Approximate marketing investment range

• Timing or readiness information

• A description of your marketing needs or other information you choose to provide

• Records of communications with you and limited internal notes relating to your inquiry or potential business relationship

We do not intentionally request payment-card information, account credentials, sensitive personal information, or uploaded documents through the Stage 1 inquiry form.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Review, qualify, and respond to inquiries

• Communicate with you about requested or reasonably related services

• Discuss potential projects, proposals, or engagements

• Maintain a limited internal prospect record

• Operate, secure, measure, and improve our website and business operations

• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, property, or safety

We do not use the Stage 1 inquiry form for automated eligibility decisions.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate our website, receive inquiries, communicate with prospective clients, measure website activity, or maintain business records. These providers process information subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

Current providers and technologies may include:

• Typeform, which we use to host and process lead-qualification form submissions

• Framer, which we use to host and operate our website and provide website analytics

• Google, including Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement technologies, and Google Fonts

• Email and cloud-storage providers used to receive communications and maintain limited business records

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, enforce agreements, protect our rights or safety, investigate misuse or security issues, or respond to lawful requests.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Measurement

Our website uses Framer Analytics and Google measurement technologies.

Framer provides built-in website analytics designed to measure general website activity.

Google Analytics 4 is used to measure website usage and interactions. Google technologies may use cookies or similar browser storage, including identifiers such as _ga, _ga_* and _gcl_au, and may process device, browser, network, and interaction information.

Google Ads conversion-measurement technology is also present on the site. This technology may record page or conversion-related activity for advertising measurement.

Google’s tag configuration may also use automatic collection of user-provided data for measurement. Where that feature applies, certain contact information present on eligible pages may be transformed, such as by hashing, before being sent to Google. The embedded Typeform is provided in a separate Typeform frame and is processed by Typeform.

Google Fonts may also be loaded when pages are displayed, which can cause technical information such as an IP address to be transmitted to Google.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect website functionality or measurement.

Our Site does not currently alter its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of legally binding browser-based privacy preference signals, Light2Path will comply as required.

5. Typeform and Inquiry Data

Light2Path uses Typeform to host and process the Stage 1 lead qualification form.

When you submit the form, Typeform processes the information you provide on Light2Path’s behalf. Light2Path determines the business purpose of the inquiry process and reviews submitted responses.

For the current Stage 1 process, prospect information is intended to remain in Typeform plus one restricted-access internal prospect log used for limited qualification and follow-up tracking. We do not currently use a CRM or Google Sheets integration for this form.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to inquiries, managing a potential or actual business relationship, maintaining appropriate business records, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or de-identify it, subject to legal, accounting, security, and recordkeeping requirements.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information we hold, including restricting access to authorized users.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted to us.

We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we may retain certain information where necessary to comply with law, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or protect our rights.
